Description
Automotive UFS (Universal Flash Storage) is a soldered, single-package flash storage device qualified for the temperature and reliability demands of vehicle electronics, with a high-speed serial interface that reads and writes far faster than eMMC. The AMP automotive UFS 4.1 is built on the latest JEDEC UFS 4.1 standard, with 3D TLC NAND in a 153-ball BGA package, capacities from 128GB to 1TB and sequential speeds up to 4,300 MB/s read and 4,150 MB/s write.
Choose AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (−40°C to 105°C) for hot cabin locations such as the dashboard, infotainment, digital cockpit and ADAS cameras, or Grade 3 (−40°C to 85°C) for cooler modules such as telematics and rear-seat systems. Compare all options on our UFS page.
