Description
AMP Inc.’s E14 Series SSD offers sequential performance up to 3,500 MB/s read and 3,200 MB/s write, with random 4K performance up to 446,000 read IOPS and 173,000 write IOPS. Performance varies by configuration.
The E14 Series combines 3D TLC NAND flash and DDR4 DRAM with a PCIe interface. Supported form factors include M.2 2230, M.2 2242, M.2 2280, U.2 and E1.S, with capacities from 240GB to 15,360GB depending on form factor.
Commercial configurations operate from 0°C to 70°C, while industrial configurations operate from −40°C to 85°C. A heat-sink option is available only for E1.S commercial-temperature configurations.
