AMP Inc.’s 288 pin ECC Unbuffered DIMM uses x8 DDR5 SDRAM components organized in an 80-bit wide solution. These DIMMs are intended for use as main memory in systems such as server and workstation computers. Main features include write leveling, data bus inversion and cyclic redundancy code.
This product is JEDEC standard and RoHS compliant.
