Description
A radiation-tolerant BGA SSD is a soldered, single-package NVMe drive tested to withstand ionizing radiation, for systems in space, high-altitude and other radiation-exposed environments. The AMP radiation-tolerant BGA SSD combines a compact M.2 1620 (16 × 20mm), 291-ball BGA package, a PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe interface and 3D TLC NAND, with capacities from 128GB to 1TB and operation from −40°C to 105°C case temperature.
The drive is tested to 40 krad(Si) total ionizing dose (TID) and 37.9 MeV·cm²/mg single-event effects (SEE), and backed by a 5-year warranty. Compare all grades on our BGA SSD page.
