AMP, Inc.’s 2.5″ Client series SSD uses single-chip controller with a SATA interface on the system side and 8-channels of NAND flash devices internally. The industry-standard 2.5-in form factor enables interchangeability with existing hard disk drives (HDDs) and native SATA HDD drop-in replacement with the enhanced performance, reliability, ruggedness, and power savings offered by SSD.
By combining controller technology with SATA 6Gb/s interface support, AMP, Inc.’s Client series delivers sequential read / write speeds of up to 520 MB/s.
