E14 Series PCIe Gen4 x4 3D TLC

AMP, Inc.’s E14 Series SSD provides you the ultimate performance and ultra-high reliability over traditional hard disk drives by achieving up to 3,500MB/s for sequential read, 3,000MB/s for sequential write, 500,000 IOPS for random read, and 55,000 IOPS for steady state random write.

The E14 Series SSD uses a single-chip Flash controller to manage multiple NAND Flash memory modules. The controller works with a host system to allow data to be written to and read from the Flash memory modules through a PCIe interface.

The E14 Series integrates high speed PCIe Gen4x4 interface with third generation 3D TLC NAND flash memory technology, delivering capacities up to 8TB.

U.2 PCIe N4400 Series 3D TLC Commercial SSD

The U.2 N4400 series SSD is designed to handle the most demanding application workloads, including High Performance Computing (HPC), Artificial Intelligence (AI), High Frequency Trading (HFT), gaming and more. This series of drives is built with the PCIe 4.0 interface and NVMe 1.4 Protocol. Building upon this solid foundation, the N4400 delivers ultra-fast 7GB/s throughput and up to 1.6M IOPS (sustained) bringing world-class performance to enterprise server & storage systems.

Combining best-in-class firmware, a feature-rich, highly reliable controller, and 96-layer 3D TLC NAND, the U.2 offers high-end performance and quality across various capacities ranging from 3.2TB to 15.36TB in a 2.5-inch U.2 form factor. Offering a 5-year warranty, the N4400 series provides full data path protection including T10 Protection Information (PI) and enterprise Power Loss Protection (PLP) to ensure data is protected during normal operations and during any brown-out or black-out power outages.

In addition to security and PLP, the N4400 series introduces some newly integrated NVMe features. The NVMe features implemented are Sanitize and Telemetry for additional security and debug support. And for I/O performance enhancements, weighted round robin arbitration is integrated as set of priority queues (urgency, high, medium, low) to greatly improve I/O processing efficiency.

The U.2 N4400 series SSD offers customizations such as firmware for performance, over-provisioning for endurance (up to 9 DWPD), and thermal and mechanical enhancements that can be enabled to truly optimize and differentiate from your competition.

U.2 PCIe Gen3 x4 3D TLC Commercial SSD

AMP Inc.’s U.2 Solid State Disk (SSD) delivers all the advantages of flash disk technology with PCIe Gen3 x4 interface, including being fully compliant with the standard U.2 form factor, providing low power consumption compared to traditional hard drive and hot-swapping when removing, replacing, and upgrading flash disks. The device is designed on the standard 7-pin interface for data segment and 15-pin for power segment, as well as operating at a maximum operating frequency of 400MHz with 25MHz external crystal. Its capacity could provide a wide range from 480GB to 3840GB. Moreover, it can reach up to 3400MB/s read as well as 2800MB/s write high performance based on KIC 3D TLC flash.

U.3 PCIe Gen4 x4 3D TLC SSD

The N1963 series is a large-capacity enterprise PCIe 4.0 SSD. It offers super performance based on PCIe Gen4 and is fully compliant with NVMe 1.4 standard, adopts industry-leading 3D TLC NAND. The large-capacity supports up to 30.72 TB.
