The eMMC flash module integrates MLC NAND flash memory and an eMMC controller into one JEDEC-standard package, offering a standard interface to the host system. The eMMC memory controller directly manages the NAND flash, providing advanced features like ECC, wear-leveling, IOPS optimization, and read sensing.
