M.2 2280 could provide a wide range capacity up to 480GB and reach up to 2,750 MB/s read as well as 1,200MB/s write high performance based on Toshiba ’s 15nm Toggle MLC flash (with 256MB/512MB DDR3L cache enabled and measured by Crystal Disk Mark v3.0).
